Found it. I tried both apps, but neither one is reporting on the errant app. It's almost like the notice pops in-out so fast, it eludes detection. It is SUPER annoying.

Ever since the last update, my S20 on Sprint/T-Mobile is having an issue where a pop-up notification comes up from the bottom of the screen - and then disappears in less than the blink of an eye. Because of this, I have no way of acknowledging the message, nor can I tell what app is generating...
