    It is a weird issue. I only asked about the radio frequency you were downloading on because my S10 phone acts very strange sometimes on what it will or won't download on 5GHz vs 2.4GHz bands. My S9 never did that. -Gina

    Are you connecting on a 2.4GHz wifi or 5GHz? If you're not already, try connecting via a 2.4GHz wifi band and doing the update check. -Gina

    No, I don't have any of the reported wifi issues - I tried holding it all ways while monitoring the signal strength to my access point and it didn't change. I do have it in a silicone case (just the back) so not sure if that has anything to do with it. I received my new S5e and all the issues...

    No, that sounds like a lot of trouble - I am returning the tablet and will try a fresh one (arrives Friday). I think this one was indeed bad (or a bad image) since it froze less than an hour out of the box and required a hard reset. -Gina

    I like B&H for larger tech purchases because there is no sales tax for me in AZ. I'm curious about the exchange process as well. I actually returned the first one and just re-ordered a 2nd because I didn't want to have to wait for them to receive the old tab (a week) and then resend a new one...

    I just initiated an exchange with B&H Photo (where I bought it). I'm so relieved to hear mine is faulty - I was VERY disappointed in the tab! I'm excited to get the new one. Thanks all for your input. :D

    Hi, My Samsung Galaxy S5e won't do a Software Update - it says "Registering device..." for 1 minute and then it says "Registration failed". Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions? I have already Factory Reset the device and no change. Thanks, Gina

    I have had the Samsung S5e for 5 days and am very unhappy with it. Lots of bugs. Does anyone know if the S5 will be the same aspect ratio as the S4 and S5e? I much prefer the ratio on the S2 and S3 (the S4 and S5e are skinner/taller and less wide). I find the tall tablet uncomfortable to use...

    I am having issues doing Android Software updates on my S5e. I click update and it spins around for 1 minute saying "Registering Device" and then says "Registration Failed". I factory reset the tab and no change. It is my opinion that the S5e is buggy as all hell. -Gina

    I have had the S5e for 5 days and I have to say, I am quite unhappy with it. It's buggy as all hell. Software updates on mine do not work. Samsung Cloud sync doesn't work and Samsung says it's a bug. It doesn't remember locked screen orientation on restart. And then the wifi antenna issue...
