...the only method that you listed which is needed to FIX this whole "Unfortunately, TouchWiz Home has stopped" issue is your #1 suggestion to disable all of the "Motion & Gestures" by clicking them over to "OFF" under the main settings menu, after doing that ONE SINGLE THING it COMPLETELY FIXES...
