I just bought this same tablet and discovered the same. say its not charging but it is. It cam with a htc charger and I seen where you need a 5v 2amp to be able to charge correctly. I got my mother's samsung s5 phone charger and is plugged in now. I will let you know how it goes. It still says...

If you go to their website there is a notice saying that they are having issues with some samsung tv's not being able to stream. They are working to fix the problem. I have a samsung and never had a problem till recently when I go to try to connect it just takes me back to the netflix app...

You can't easily that I know of but you can uninstall all the up dates that put the app back to factory condition and then make it so it won't update automatically .
