Pick me please! I'm rocking an original Droid and I desperately need a new phone!

Google also has public calendars for nearly all sports teams in the US. The nice part about them is that once the game is over they are updated with scores after the game is over.

Wasn't the original Droid essentially a Nexus (minus the cutting edge hardware)?

I just noticed at Costco that I could get the Verizon flavor Tab 1 for $399. Same restrictions as through Best Buy (no contract but at least one month of data) but at $100 off. Not bad if you want Wi-Fi only but don't want to wait.

At this point would you really want one? There is supposed to be a Wi-Fi only Xoom which, knowing Samsung, will likely cost about the same amount as a Xoom but never be upgraded to Android 3. Besides, I've never seen tech look so old as fast as the Galaxy Tab has, even the yet-to-be-released...

Maybe it's just me but when I turn off my Droid at night and then plug it in to charge it turns itself back on. Is it possible to charge it while it's turned off?

I'd Love One I'm not entirely sire why the Droid X will rule (since I have only seen pictures) but I can say that being on Verizon will help things a lot.

Awesome. I asked Verizon (a store rep and a phone CS rep) and was told that wasn't possible but one comment on the Android forum at Google said you could but it hadn't been verified so I wanted to ask people who would likely know. Now that I know someone has done it I feel a little better about...

I've searched and not found an answer for this so if there already is please forgive me. If I buy an app for an Android phone how do I get that app on a new phone when I upgrade or if I have to get a replacement? I know how an iPhone does it but how is that done on Android?
