I can't connect my Galaxy S4 to my iMac. Android File Transfer app says it cant find an Android device - Kies the same. Have enabled Stay Awake and Debugging in Developer options. Have tried several connecting leads and have plugged directly into the back of the iMac. Any other ideas?
