hi all, i too had this issue and thought it was Mavericks and AFT clashing preventing my sgs3 and now my upgrade sgs5 from connecting to my mac but i recently bought a nexus 7 and that has no issue at all with connecting to the MBP with AFT. so in my case is it samsung? i have had Kies installed...
