I had 0 coverage about a week ago, tried rebooting several times with nothing. Called VM and they told me a "tower was not responding" or something of that nature. They told me it'd be fixed at 2:46 that afternoon. I called them at 2:48 and reported it still wasn't fixed, and wha-la, it was back...
