Mine went from "confirmed" to "shipped" within a few hours, so it's anyone's guess. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for how they progress.

Just checked again and mine changed from "Fulfillment pending," back to "Your submission is currently under review." I hope that's not a bad sign.
