I can't seem to register my Note 8 on Samsung.com. My old phones are listed in my Samsung.com account. I'm getting this error after entering the IMEI: "Possible reasons for the error include serial/IMEI number is not valid, product is older than 3 years, product was purchased outside the U.S."...

I figured that if they wanted anything else back with the old phone, that it would be the box. If they would have made a big stink about the missing accessories, then I would say to just take the accessories from the new phone. As promised by my local SC, after I called them last night to verify that the replacements came in. I walked in this morning and now I'm done with my swap! I gave back the old phone and the empty box. I now have two of every accessory.

It is 6:45 PM here and I just got off the phone with my local Sam's club. The replacement Note 7's came in late this afternoon. They told me that I can come in as early as 9:00 AM tomorrow to exchange my Note 7.

My local SC is no longer clueless. They received a corporate email this morning that the replacement Note 7's should be arriving any day now.
