FIX - Use a very fine brush to clean the ear piece, As the mesh is extremely thin so only a fine brush can actually clean the dirt. poor design by Samsung.

Dolby Atmos works only with a headset. And it effect the sound quality and not the volume. I an not a casual user and just asking if somebody had this issue as well and managed to find a fix.

Of course the volume is all the way up mate. And I tried to clean the ear piece with compressed air but nothing helped. I hope that it is a software issue that can be fixed. If this is a hardware issue then I will ask Samsung to fix the issue with no charge.

Hi, We own two Samsung S9+ phones and both have issue with low sound during call even in Safe Mode. I saw that is a common issue but couldn't find a solution. If you know the solution then please help me. Btw the phones are out of guarantee, So Samsung store won't fix it for free.
