Ah, the credo of the smoker "we are all gonna die sometime". Last I checked it was still a free country. If people want to exercise, eat healthy, not smoke and use a Pong radiation case ( proven effective in Wired magazine ), I think they should be allowed to. Just my opinion. Ya know, free...
