Well I went thru the huawaei issue and then ordered from Google, aluminum 128gb which i received after a week or so. I had it for 24 hours and after realizing that the usb C adapter cable caused some charging devices like my alarm clock to error out, I returned it. Too much hassles...

Cancelled Huawei order from 10/22 after spotting inventory at Google last night. 128gb aluminum shipped today for delivery tomorrow. Anybody wasting their time with Huawei (even up to cancellation they had no clue or status), keep checking Google for what you want.

FYI - just checked google store 5 mins ago 23:05 EDT and 128gb aluminum is showing available and shipping in 1-2 days. I ordered with nexus protect and 2 day shipping. I will cancel Huawei order in the am by phone for a refund. Looks like Google may be redirecting all available Huawei...
