Mine isn't "Android System," that's duplicated, just "Settings." Is this still normal? (I have screenshots, but the site isn't letting me upload them, sorry-)

While going through my system apps, I noticed I had two settings apps-both with the gear icon-of different KB sizes; when clicking on them, they have the exact same list of related apps included in usage but I don't have any kind of dual app/cloning feature on. Please help! I'm am super worried...
