I ordered a case from Boxwave, as well as the non-glare screen protector. Very happy. EVO 4G Cases and Covers - Soft and Hard Cases and Covers / HTC EVO 4G Cases and Covers - Soft and Hard Cases and Covers I went with the Designio case.

I had this problem, and did a hard reset to fix it. Now, about two weeks later, the problem came back. Did the clear hash/MSL code procedure, and all is fine!

In the phone settings menu, there is an entry for "Edit default message". Does this message get "text" to the caller if you are on the phone?

While having dinner with friends at a restaurant, they gave their baby/kid my phone to play with. No big deal to me, but as it turned out, the kid was teething! No real teeth yet though...so no harm but some drool. But if teeth would have come through, the case would have protected the phone!
