    I don't get any notice either. I also can't find setting to reset Spen in Advanced setting, Spen . Would someone inform me where the setting is located?

    I haven't been able to get past the blue splash screen on my phone for the past 2 weeks. If I let that screen sit there it would eventually say "access denied the site is down. Try again later. I got on today. Hopefully I can sign back on later.

    Thanks Mustang. I'm not clear though. Are you saying you like to leave your sim card in your old phone before you start the data transfer or in the new phone? or does it even make a difference. I don't want anything overwritten on the sim card. Hate to be slow about this but please explain.
