You could try https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage/ and manually removing your number to see if that helps.

Samsung has an app for Windows not sure about others that let you message from your computer.

I think if you use Samsung's Smart Switch app to transfer your stuff, it will transfer that stuff but I am not 100%.

Hey check your contacts on Google contacts on the web. Look to make sure the missing contacts are listed there. If they are open each one and delete any URL's associated with them like Facebook contact syncs etc. That should restore them to your phone. I had a big issue with the same thing and...
