    I only see one file downloaded to my S4 instead of a zip file. Has anyone else experienced this problem. It's just the .wstheme file. Should be 4 files in a zip file. Thanks in advance.

    Called ATT but haven't had the time to sit through the service call.

    My active is frequently dropping the one side of the call after a few seconds or immediately. I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. Anybody else having this problem?
