Same boat, ordered the Tuesday at 11:49 EST, backordered on the 15th. I sent about 5 emails over the course of the weekend and Monday, all of which were answered in a barrage this evening, all automated, of course. I spoke to three reps, different answers from all of them. I'm listed at pending...

I'm in the same boat, Toronto, Canada here. I got the backorder unfortunately though, but that was last week and my delivery has just now been changed from the 15th to pending.. Can't be good but I guess there's really not much we can do about it.
