    Anyone else have this issue? I'll plug it in, it'll connect but as soon as I try to access files, it disconnects.

    It's tmobile. Other phones work well. We tried 3rd party apps, still the same issue. Also, part of the issue is, even in a strong 5g network (Dallas, Tx) it keeps radomly switching from 5g to lte constantly.

    A few days ago my wife (s20 fe) and I started having issues. We can hear the people we're speaking with but we are very choppy to them. Eventually had to download the Google phone app. Anyone else have issues with this?
