Hi I have tried that, I would like to get Outlook to work properly if I can. My Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Tablet is still under warrenty, but I not sure if this issue is a hardware or a software based problem. I suspect it is a software issue bacaue all the other apps appear to be behaving properly...

I am able to disable or uninstall. If I uninstall it and then go to the play store, i'm offered the latest version $.2084.4 of Outlook to install. The app works fine and I can setup my email accounts IMAP and Web Based. However the app reverts to the bundled version 4.1.70 on the next reboot...
