I finally order my Galaxy s20 ultra ,after talking with more than 8 "tmobile experts " lmaol based on Philippine seriously they had no clue what an EIP plan its and keep talking about a downpayment, WHAT A FIASCO AND WASTE OF TIME THIS PREORDER HAS BEEN THE WORSE I have done so far 😥

I don't get it ;( why if I preorder the phone ,someone that didn't will be able to get it on release date at the store. Don't make sense .... ! At this point I was playing with my s7 edge preorder. Hope tmo put it together this weekend
