    Usb debuging not needed to flash in odin. Try the lowest android version for your device and the highest in odin. Check which one works. Also try flashing android ap alone then bl alone.

    I did the same thing on my j7prime2. Took me 3days to fix it. You need to flash i flashed mine with 7.1 then 9.0. And check nand wipe in odin. It workd for me
