Sprint Galaxy Nexus Extended Battery-The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Re: Sprint Galaxy Nexus Extended Battery-The Good, The Bad & The I got one completely free battery, and so far so good. I've had it for about a week now and it give me about 20% more battery life. I'm at 17 hours now and i have about 40% battery left. I'm connected to WiFi all day.

Android - Android 4.1, Jelly Bean

I also have bad T-Mobile coverage in my area. Recently I've been looking at Straight Talk. They have a $45 per month unlimited everything plan. They are GSM and support AT&T's bands.

Just the nature of the beast.

My Galaxy Nexus hasn't had many issues. One of the issues that I've had is some problem staying connected to Sprint's 3G network. The phone always will disconnect from 3G and data in general (bars turn white and no 3G icon.) It takes a bit for the phone to turn on 3G and then connect to the...

Maximum number of notifications on notification bar?

When I installed all of my apps on the phone when I first got it there were hundreds of application installed notifications on my phone. There might be a limit, but it's not something that you will have to worry about reaching.

Is there a difference between the Verizon and Sprint Nexus.

From my testing the Verizon Galaxy Nexus offers a little more battery life (probably because I have Verizon LTE and not Sprint LTE in my area.) Data speeds even with 3G are also a little bit faster. And the Verizon model also seemed to have a higher signal even when connecting to my WiFi network.

Sprint Galaxy Nexus Extended Battery-The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Re: Sprint Galaxy Nexus Extended Battery - Good, Bad or Ugly I just ordered my extended battery and haven't received it in the mail yet. I'm getting around 18 hours of battery life with my current standard battery using Juice Defender. I expect the extended battery to offer maybe 20-24 hours of...

    Bye Nexus hello S3

The Verizon Galaxy S III has the best battery life out of all the 4G LTE phones I've tested. It easily can go a couple of days on a single charge without even needing to think about conserving power.

Next Nexus Phone? (Nexus 4/ Galaxy nexus 2 lol )

I'd suggest getting the Galaxy Nexus for $350 from the Google Play store. It works on AT&T's network, will get updates before CDMA versions of the Nexus, and is still a very capable phone.

Feel like I'm going to be jinxed........

If it works when you get it, it should work for many years to come. Also it is reported that the first batch of the Nexus 7 had lots of issues while later batches have been fine.

What's Your Favorite ROM for Nexus7?

I like the CM10 Kang ROM. There are a good amount of CyanogenMod tweaks that make the tablet more useful.

Help me make the decision, Please?!?!

I was in the same situation about a week after I received and setup my Nexus 7. I thought about it for a few days and then I decided to root my Nexus 7, and I suggest you do the same. If you want to speed the process of installing apps up go to the Play Store's website and then click on My...

Some interesting info for those concerned with quality

I got an 8GB C60 model from the Play Store and it hasn't had any real issues.

Is anyone going to switch to the Surface?

I'll stick with the Nexus 7 for my tablet needs. I might get the Surface Pro to replace my notebook computer though.
