The drives were already shared. I finally gave up on ES File Explorer and went with FX File Explorer which does not have this problem and is much faster because it's not bloated. It gives me everything ES did except for USB OTG working with NTSF devices which is easy to work around.

My wife has a Galaxy S8. Her Line chats are using 20 GB of device storage. The phone only has 32 GB. She has deleted tons of large videos from Line chats but the Line storage size hasn't changed. What can I do? Her chats are all in Thai, which I can't read so it's hard for me to figure this out...
