I returned my S20 Ultra and tablet I received as the free gift in separate return packages on Monday 2 Emails from Samsung yesterday stating returns were received. 2 Emails from Samsung today stating my return was successful and refund amount was correct.

I had similar results to the video and after 2 weeks using both my Note 10+ and the S20 Ultra sadly I had to return the Ultra. Just not enough benefit to be worth the upgrade cost. Looking forward to Note 20!

Ordered on the 5th as well and gave up yesterday when no one could give me any information. Said it was a payment problem which is not possible. Ordered from Verizon at 4pm and using my new Note 8 to write this!

Keep pushing Verizon. I finally received an email notice that my refund was processed and I should have a check for $323 in 2-3 weeks. The rep I talked to yesterday took my tracking information and filed a what she called a "refund escalation" form. Still waiting on the $100 credit and...

My Note 7 was received by Verizon on 10/28. Still waiting on the refund for my 2 year contract price + tax + upgrade fee for a total of $368. Called today and the rep said she would fill out a refund escalation form and call me within 2 days on my refund status....I won't be holding my breath...

Yes it is the official return box got mine after 2 weeks of complaining.
