No, I didn't want to lose all my stuff. I do have it backed up with Verizon but I don't know what it actually backs up.

My s5 w/lollipop now won't recognize my original charger plugged into wall. It says to use a Samsung charger. But this is the charger that came in the box with my phone. I can at least use my old Samsung Galaxy 10 original charger to charge my s5 for now. Cindy
