I force installed the LJ7 OTA ... runs great ... but now I can't figure out how to root! Does anyone know of a working method ? I'm on a Mac, so that would be easier, but I guess I could fire up Parallels if necessary... Thanks

I went into Sprint the other day to return my Evo. IN THE STORE, there were 2 GS3's, which had a 4G signal. My Evo had no 4G. And there were 2 Evos in the store, ONE of which had 4G. The signal was weak -- LA is not 'on' yet -- but there you go. Ordering a GS3 from Amazon ($150)

I think 2 things are important to keep in mind: 1. Only people that have 2 phones to compare side-by-side (Evo vs SG3, or Evo vs iPhone 5) can really say whether the Evo suffers in comparison. Lots of people with Evos "think" everything is OK, but then when they see a friend's/wife's/etc SG3...
