Interesting, I don't recall any update happening for me. It's possibly that in the code of an update, the coders mistakenly made those notifications un-hidden and they normally happen but off-screen. In that case it would be harmless...

Hello everyone, I finally stumbled upon what seems to be one of the only threads talking about this toast notification. I get the same messages about every 3-5 minutes. They don't seems to be doing anything, but they've just started appearing today. They say things like MobilityState: Unknown...
