After a long session with the Samsung Canada support team, they were unable to update the tablet and told me to wait for the update to come out for my particular tablet. They are talking about Android 11 for the S5E and i am still sitting on Android 9.

I have done several soft restarts and i have also done a factory reset. no change.

Both are wifi and the same model. They are not LTE

I have two Tab S5E, both bought at the same time. One has updated to 10 UI2.5. The other is still on 9 UI1.1. When i do a manual update it reports that it is up to date. It is still on June 2019 security patch.
