    Switched from T-Mobile to AT&T go phone.

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! These settings worked for me. I am getting both LTE and H+ (even though my LTE speeds are showing less than the H+). They are a heck of a lot better than the 0.04mbps I was getting with stale cingular settings.
