I tried the update and I am stuck in recovery mode. I can not get out of it, even after factory reset. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Was told by customer service that coverage is available, also checked the map at my area. I have no service anywhere at my home for at least 5 miles. Customer service keeps telling me that I should get coverage as that's what it shows on the map. They said they would do a signal boost which...
