TBoltJ I actually have that option on (to turn off data during long periods of inactivity). I also finally remembered to turn off data before I went to bed, phone still lost 8% of battery overnight.

I've been really frustrated by this, I'm surprised more people aren't. When I open Chrome on my Nexus 7, it always seems like I've always got at least 20 to 30 tabs open and they can't be closed even if I try.

Thanks, I figured it out. I thought it might be Weatherbug, but I don't have Weatherbug installed, BUT I am using Fancy Widget Pro which has Weatherbug "baked" into it. The weather settings within Fancy Widget Pro were the key. I turned off those notifications, hopefully I'll be good now.
