yes, ..Here are the options it gives me to select.....reboot system now.....apply update from ADB.....wipe data/factory reset......wipe cache partition..apply update from internal storage........apply update from external storage...... apply update from cache no command

When it boots up it goes to the android logo and the word android, so it goes back and forth between the two. I can tell it to go the menu where it gives the options that I noted.

Someone gave me a quad- core a33 y3 android 4.4.2 digital picture frame. When I turn it on, the android logo comes up and then it goes to the word android and back and forth to the logo. I did a factory reset and it still doing the same thing. Can I get this to work? What do I need to do? I can...
