Resetting the watch seems to have fix the syncing issue.

I too have the same issue with the UA record app, every since the Gear update it has been this way. Figured that the update broke something. I have tried uninstall/reinstalling the UA record app nothing allows me to sync to view the workout details. Plan on resetting the watch over the weekend...
