Trying to upload to FB on my phone...only message but not photos visible on FB Posted via Android Central App

Unable to upload photos directly from phone with kit kat 4.4 upgrade. After following instructions to attach to email and send the message has gone through with photo missing. Do we need to go through all that hassle, what was wrong with uploading directly from phone? Posted via Android Central App
