    Pie is here

Any Sprint Note 8 Pie users here? Sprint Note 8 forum indicates serious Sprint LTE issues. Not updating yet. Might be a Sprint tech/tower/Freq-band(?) issue.

Endure with my Note 4, or get a Note 5 till Note 8 prices are cheaper?

Letting go of my Note 4 with replaceable battery, IR blaster and compass was difficult but I can't risk not having the security updates...

Endure with my Note 4, or get a Note 5 till Note 8 prices are cheaper?

Got a pristine Note 8 on EBay for $320. Be careful and diligent and you can get an excellent Note 8 for cheap. I think tech reviewers dump their almost unused phones on EBay. The last update on mine was 8/2017 when I got it and the battery is like new.

How is your LTE performance? Sprint forum had Sprint officially acknowledge serious LTE problems and an additional fix/update. I am not updating yet...

Poll: how did your Note 4 die? Is it still working?

I have 2 stock GN4's still going strong after all these years. They just needed new batteries and the periodic factory resets to clean them up. I had 2 GN2's die on me though due to the dreaded Motherboard failures. Anker IMHO is the best vendor for batteries and accessories. I think...

New Pics Cannot be Sent Int/Ext Mem

Thanks for the tip but it was seeing the 128Gb. I ended up doing the factory reset and it fixed everything. It was long overdue for a cleanup anyway. More internal memory cleared up, snappier phone, and little annoying bugs accumulated over time are now gone.

New Pics Cannot be Sent Int/Ext Mem

I just noticed that I now have 65Gb of stuff on my 128Gb SD card. Seems as though this problem started the moment I exceeded 64Gb. The pics still sucessfully load to dropbox though.

New Pics Cannot be Sent Int/Ext Mem

Forgot to add that I can still send all my older pics.

New Pics Cannot be Sent Int/Ext Mem

Stock Sprint GN4 Marshmallow with last security update suddenly stopped being able to send my most recent pics. Email, Gmail, or message. Both SD card pics and internal memory screen pics. Very frustrating. I have plenty of space remaining. 50Gb of 128Gb SD card, 6 Gb of 32Gb internal...

    Security Updates

The last security update I received for my Sprint Galaxy Note 4 was October 17th 2017. Not happy. I might be forced to pick up a Galaxy Note 8 without a replaceable battery. @#*&$!

    Anyone Own a Note 4 that Doesn't Crash/Reboot?

Sorry to hear about your issues. My stock Marshmallow Sprint GN4 is running just fine. Every now and then a monthly firmware update creates an issue (overheating) but a battery pull and wipe partition cache solves it. I do have the odd wifi drop to LTE and it is sometimes slow to connect to...

What is crashing/restarting my phone, sometimes in an infinite loop?

not sure which carrier you are on but the last few Sprint Note 4 firmware updates required a battery pull and wipe cache partition. The update from Lollipop to Marshmallow required a factory reset for me so if you didn't do that yet I would strongly recommend it. It's a real pain but I find is...

Search For GENUINE Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Battery

Thanks for all the leads. The pricey Samsungparts.com was legit but did not have the nifty plastic case. Anker customer service is great but even they admitted they do not match the original samsung batteries. I am really worried that we may never see a replaceable battery Note again.

New Speed Charge/Battery Status Lock Screen with annoying ads "just appeared" on GN4

I had two unwanted unknown lockscreens popup. The most intrusive and obnoxious one was from the CleanMaster by Cheetah and its unwanted add ons. The other was from the Peel remote control application. I made sure to remove everything by Cheetah. They are the ones that ruined the News...

Search For GENUINE Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Battery

I was wondering if anyone has a good source for REAL Samsung Galaxy Note 4 batteries? All the ones on Amazon.com appear to be clever fakes if you screen out the fake reviews, especially the $9.99 ones LOL. Ankers have the best clone batteries but they do not come close to the original battery...
