I saw a thread that said you could only kill notifications during music play by putting the phone in silent. That was from July of last year. Is that still the case or is there a setting I can use to stop my music from being interrupted by notifications?

Why I love my Atrix: #1) I didn't enjoy the stock browser so I changed it. Couldn't do that with my BB. Sure, I could add other browsers, but not make it default. #2) Winamp is my music player! Reminds me of high school. #3) The features and possibilities of the phone and operating system...

Question: Does running a different launcher mean that Motoblur stops running? I'm concerned that it's constantly updating in the background and eating my battery. I don't so much hate the look and feel, just want better battery life.

I think the bluetooth keyboards turn themselves off after 15 minutes of no use. So while the bluetooth radio might still be on, it's not actively sending a signal back and forth. Also, unless your bluetooth was on discoverable the whole time, I don't think it should eat that much battery.

I haven't gotten a single notification from facebook since I installed the app. I get them through tweetdeck just fine, but nothing from facebook. I'm gonna play with the settings again tonight and see if anything changes.

I've gotten 16 hours with moderate use. Lots of texts and emails. Roughly 40% of my use was display and 40% idle. Not the greatest battery life compared to my old blackberry, but not terrible either.

Coming from the Blackberry Bold (and several other BBs before that), I have to say the camera on this phone is a million times better than anything bb has ever put out. This is better than the point and click olympus I have!

I keep getting the "delete hidden word" tip like a million times. I love swype with that notable exception that these stupid tips keep popping up over and over again!

I'm getting mixed reviews. I had a couple of people call me when I was in the, uh.. office, and said they couldn't hear me. Yet another couple of people called me in the gym (relatively loud) and they didn't say a thing or ask me to repeat anything. Same number of bars at each location.

any luck with this? I am also switching from a bb and am missing that feature!
