I believe you are referring to Bluetooth pairing? After your car shows the pin number, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Click search for available devices, and your Ford Focus should show up on the list. Click on it and then it will let you put in the pin to finish the pairing...

Go to settings>accessibility>vision. Turn off grayscale and anything else that is turned on in there. (Your settings may differ, I have an LG G5, not LG Aristo)
