    It's not doing it anymore, I guess we finally found the app that was causing the problem Thank you everyone for your help

    she said it started doing this after the phone updated. Its not exactly a simple process to rollback an update. ill do it as a last resort, if i have to. I am going to factory reset her phone after i back it up.

    i just found out that the phone updated recently. i think it updated to android 12
