I got mine yesterday...they shipped me another one two days after UPS set the status of the first one to lost in transit. Don't bother emailing google. They will just tell you it's out for delivery. Either call them or call UPS. It's probably best to call UPS first to get the status switched.

And after two more emails google hasn't responded all day. Maybe their "shipping specialist" is still seeing out for delivery today and hasn't noticed the pattern.

There used to be a lot of issues when trying to port a number OUT of google voice after porting it in from a carrier. Not sure how that situation is now, but I'd look into it in case you ever want to leave.
