For me it comes down to software amd camera. Software wise the 6P wins, hands down. For the camera it depends what you usually use it for. For stills, there's not so much difference, though the second screen would allow better manual controls. For video, OIS in the V10 should make a difference...

Colour choice seems to make a difference as well. Graphite still 4 - 5 weeks on the UK store, and yet Aluminium and Frost both 3 - 4 weeks. I'm hoping they're being over cautious and phones actually start going out sooner. Especially since my OnePlus One is limping along at this point!

64GB Graphite, Nov 5 - 9. Also got the "Adopted" case for it, separate order though. Oct 29 - Nov 2. Originally ordered the 5X, 32GB but then cancelled after I realised I was using 48GB on my OnePlus One ;)

I switched over to the Google Now launcher for exactly this reason. I have lastpass auto fill as well.
