bump. i've never opened this app except for just now to see if the same might be happening to me. sure enough, my 10 day old s4 has a useage log. i should have taken a pic to show everyone, but i cleared all data and cache before i thought of doing so. ill open it up again in a few days to see...

i just got an s4 on friday, and saw this thread in trying to figure out what some of the bloatware does. my vpn client also had useage logs, and i've never opened this app. what's the deal with this?
