    Isn't the HTC design 4g the exact same phone as the US cellular hero s? I noticed that the design is getting the ice cream sandwich update. Soooo does the same apply to hero?

    Can you tell me step by step what you did to root your hero? When the people who posted the original instructions most of the links were broken? I am at a complete loss. This is my very first android phone. And i wanna root it correctly, and not screw up my phone..

    I have tried rooting my hero s with supertool v3. It says It's rooted. But when I use root checker it says it hasn't rooted?. Any suggestions?

    @SatanicHispanic Were you running 2.3.4 gingerbread before you rooted? I'm afraid if I do something wrong I will brick my phone :S

    I have been trying all week to get my hero s rooted and everything I've opened hasn't been working!! Any suggestions? This is my first smart phone and first root. Any help would be fantastic!!!

    Will this work for gingerbread 2.3.4 and HTC sense 2.2? This is my first smartphone and first root. So I'm a little nervous about this whole thing. I wanna make sure I get it done right. What do I do??????
