After installing the update on 1 October on my Note 10+, my music started glitching/skipping like on an old CD when played through bluetooth or headphones, anyone know how to fix this?

After the latest software update some of the songs on my phone glitch/skip like on an old cd when I try to play them. When I remove my headphones and put them back in, the song plays but then it happens again with the next one. This happens when playing through bluetooth as well. I've tried...
