My desktop computer has windows 10, but my laptop has win7. I bought the phone in Germany, and I live in Denmark... And it's about 2 years old now.

So I've found three other USB to microUSB cables... and none works :O windows doesn't recognise the cables at all... it just charges. I'm thinking it's my phone now... maybe I should just get it looked at by a pro -.-'

I have tried different ports, I don't have any other cables -.-' So maybe I should buy a new one? I installed Sync manager anew, so it should be up to date, and my phone syncs with the program just fine... :/

I've tried the ROM option for a couple of hours now. I've got the HTC Sync Manager to work with my phone, and Windows recognises the phone as well, but apparently the ROM installer does not. It works up untill the point where the installer is checking the data on my phone, and the it just says...

My phone keeps informing me that I should install this update, and the notification won't go away. I can only delay it 4 hours at a time.
