Because those apps aren't meant to work properly in do not disturb mode, there are no workarounds unfortunately.

OK your only option is to clear the data, which removes everything from your Facebook app, not your account. You'll need to log back into it. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. If not, then it's a Facebook issue that only the Facebook developers need to fix.
