    Galaxy S4 Voice Over on Browser and Gallary Selection

    Talk back fix! In Settings = My Device = Accessibility, click on Talkback (not the button), click settings and under the section "Other Feedback", disable Vibration Feedback and Sound Feedback. Fixes the problem! Let me know of this works for you! Thanks
