Thanks for the advice but I don't think it is a hardware glitch.

I have read numerous posts about the bug and fix dating back to the original launch this phone but I have problems now, since the OTA update. I am running ICS 4.0.2 and nothing has changed on my end. Any ideas why my Galaxy Nexus from Verizon just started to give me problems when I hit up volume?
