Unless they're using the Samsung 45W charger, I wouldn't look into this test too much. I read an article yesterday (maybe in this site?) that states it's going to be hard to find 45w chargers for the 10+ at first due to the cord and plug certifications required to reach peak charge levels.

That's not what their program details say. The additional 200 is the only part of the promo that's for new customers and requires a code. The program clearly says you get 450 when you order one of the notes and turn in one of the listed phones (Note 8 being one of them). You do have to be on an...
